I've taught middle school, high school, college (100 and 300-level courses), and for a Gifted and Talented Summer Camp in Louisiana.

 

I've taught ELA, Theatre, Speech, College Writing, Introduction to Shakespeare, Literary Analysis, Renaissance Drama, and Western Mythologies. Also piano, but that was just a hobby.

I've directed middle school, high school, and adult productions of Shakespeare, modern classics, musicals, and one-acts.

I also co-founded Tailgate Shakespeare, a touring company that traveled in rural Virginia a decade ago.

​

My specialty is empowering student designers, playwrights, and directors.

Because all that extra energy has to go SOMEWHERE, right?

Even if it's embroidered book covers or break-up letters to books I am giving away or songs inspired by Shakespearean heroines instead of, say, my current works-in-progress...
